At Rover Pet Waste Solutions, your satisfaction matters to us. We take pride in providing reliable, thorough pet waste removal services, and we stand behind our work.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re ever unhappy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours of your scheduled visit. We’ll gladly return to re-service the affected area at no additional charge.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following situations:

  • A scheduled service was missed or not completed

  • Service could not be performed due to an error on our part

  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions prevented service and rescheduling is not possible

When applicable, refunds will be prorated based on services not performed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Services completed as scheduled and in good faith

  • Conditions outside our control (locked gates, aggressive pets, inaccessible yards, excessive debris not related to pet waste)

  • Weather conditions where service could not be completed safely

  • Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours of service completion

Cancellations

  • One-time services must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

  • Recurring services may be canceled at least 24 hours in advance; prepaid services will be refunded on a prorated basis for unused visits.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
